This Returns Policy only applies where you make a purchase online from our website.
Returns are accepted if returned within 14 days depending on the product. Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition with returns label still attached can be returned. We will issue you a full refund of the item within 7 days of receiving the item.
For any returns and exchanges, customers are advised to contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org by sent us the order number and product details.
Sale items and items bought using discount codes are final, non-returnable, non-exchangeable nor refundable. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our store.
